COVID-19 SALON UPDATE

 

We hope you and your family are staying safe and healthy! At Amber + Slate we are committed to providing our guests and staff with a calm, relaxing and most importantly SAFE environment that will keep us at at ease during these times. We are so happy to announce the following updates:

 

ALL STAFF ARE VACCINATED!!

 

MASKS ARE ONLY REQUIRED IF YOU ARE NOT VACCINATED IN ACCORDANCE TO CDC GUIDLINES

 

PLEASE DOWNLOAD “POCKET SALON” APP

Pocket Salon powered by SalonBiz is available in the App Store of your smart device. This app will allow us to remain contactless for Check-in, Payments and other great benefits. Please have it set up prior to your appointment.  Download: iOS | Android

 

If you do not have a smart device, we will still offer traditional Check-in and Payment options.

 

PLEASE REMAIN IN YOUR CAR

You are able to Check-in via the Pocket Salon app, message your stylist or call the salon (please be aware that call volumes will be high). We will then notify you when your area has been cleaned and sanitized.

 

IF YOU ARE NOT FEELING WELL OR THINK YOU HAVE BEEN EXPOSED TO COVID-19 PLEASE RESCHEDULE

 

BEVERAGE SERVICE AND READING MATERIALS WILL NOT BE OFFERED AT THIS TIME

We are committed to the protection of our guests, staff and all loved ones encompassed. If a service provider or guest is displaying anything symptomatic of COVID-19 we will adjust appointments accordingly.

 

If you are a guest of ours who is immunocompromised and concerned about exposure, please contact your stylist for an appointment time that will minimize your risk.

 

We will be strictly adhering to all of the above mentioned requirements and recognize that they are not ideal. Please be patient with us as we navigate this together!

 

If you as a guest do not feel comfortable with these temporary changes we understand and will be happy to contact you when these requirements are lifted.
