Our Cancellation Policy:
Out of respect for our team and our customers, kindly give us at least 72 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel any color correction, balayage straightening or extension service. Please provide 36 hours notice for all other hair and spa services. This allows us ample time to schedule another client. Clients with late cancellations or no-shows will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the service in order to schedule any future services.

Our Refund Policy:
In our salon, you are the star! We want our clients to be nothing less than thrilled with their experience here. In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with your service, please give us a call within a week to schedule a complimentary touch up by your stylist. Amber + Slate does not offer refunds if you are unable to come back to the salon.
