By booking an appointment with Amber + Slate, you acknowledge and agree to our cancellation and no-show policy and authorize Amber + Slate to charge the credit card on file for any applicable cancellation or no-show fees as outlined above.

Refund Policy

In our salon, you are the star! We want our clients to be nothing less than thrilled with their experience here. In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with your service, please give us a call within a week to schedule a complimentary touch up by your stylist. Amber + Slate does not offer refunds if you are unable to come back to the salon.
