CANCELLATIONS
Out of respect for our team of service providers, kindly give us 72 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel any Color Correction, Dimensional Color, Balayage, Straightening or Extension service. These services occupy a substantial amount of time. Please provide 48 hours for all other hair and spa services.
This allows ample time to ensure that your service provider does not have a loss of income. In the event that proper notice is not provided, there will be a 50% charge of the service scheduled or loss of deposit. Guests that no-show will be charged 100% of their service price.
